About Turium:
Turium is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise technology — spanning intelligent automation, communication platforms, engineering, delivery, and corporate operations across Australia and India. As we scale quickly, hiring exceptional talent is central to our success. We’re committed not only to high-quality recruitment, but to delivering a respectful, transparent, and human experience for every candidate who interacts with us.
Opportunity:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in technical recruitment, while also being comfortable hiring across a diverse range of non-technical roles. This role is critical to supporting Turium’s scale-up phase across engineering, AI/ML, product, design, delivery, corporate, and India-based operations.
You will own end-to-end hiring, build high-quality pipelines, and partner directly with senior leaders to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time.
What you’ll be working on:
- Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, product, design) and non-technical roles (Finance, Delivery, Operations).
- Sustain a high standard of candidate care, ensuring timely updates, clear expectations, and a respectful process even during high-volume intake periods.
- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and employer-branding activities.
- Run recruitment operations including job postings, screening, interview coordination, dashboards, reporting, and hiring metrics.
- Support Turium’s India expansion with targeted sourcing strategies and market-specific insights.
- Work closely with People & Culture on onboarding, documentation, and improving recruitment processes.
- Stay across market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across both tech and non-tech domains.
What we are looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within tech, consulting, or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience hiring for engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, product, and design roles.
- Strong ability to recruit across non-technical functions as well.
- Demonstrated success managing large candidate pipelines without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions across all levels of the business.
- Experience with modern ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Why Turium:
- Recruit at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise transformation, helping build teams that define the future of automation, data, and secure systems.
- Own hiring for roles that actually move the business — from engineering and AI/ML to delivery, operations, and corporate growth.
- Shape how top talent experiences Turium: elevate candidate care, streamline processes, and build a recruitment function that scales with us.
- Partner directly with leadership and have real influence over workforce strategy, not just vacancies.
