- End to end recruitment.
- Sourcing of Candidates.
- Understanding the needs of the stakeholders and scheduling the interviews.
- Preparing offers and offer discussions.
- Analytics and sharing the dashboard with Business Leaders.
Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Manufacturing Industry.
- Looking for candidates who are interested in building a career in TA vertical.
