Your role:
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews,
- Draft, post, and manage job postings
- Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Manage and organize employee referral process
- Demonstrate enthusiastic first point of contact for potential new hires and thereby assists in marketing the Company to candidates
- Ensure that all applicants are reviewed
- Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system.
- Participate in Career Fairs as required.
- Schedule phone and onsite interviews, presentation rounds
- Support administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition
- Assist with reporting metrics relating to talent acquisition process
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Passion for outstanding customer service.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent emotional IQ and “soft” people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
