Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employer branding trends and recruitment marketing
