Recruit candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, cold calling, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding follow-up. The role involves managing multiple recruitment searches, understanding hiring requirements, researching industries, communicating with clients and candidates, and meeting monthly selection targets. Candidates must have strong English communication skills, be comfortable speaking with strangers, and use basic Microsoft Excel functions. Freshers may begin on a three-month probation, while experienced applicants should have recruitment experience.

Salary for freshers:
- During the probation period, the salary will be between Rs. 5000 and 10000 per month + incentives
Note: the stipend will be released only after completion of a minimum of 60 working days of work. If the candidate leaves the organization before completing 60 working days for any reason, then they will not be eligible to receive any stipend
- After 3 months, the salary will be up to 3 Lac + performance-linked Incentives
Salary for Experienced candidates:
- up to 3 Lac + performance-linked Incentives (Depending on current CTC & performance in current/last company)
Performance Criteria per month to qualify to convert the probation to an employment opportunity:
- Minimum 3 selections per month.
Selected HR Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the recruitment life cycle
- Search for hiring requirements and connect with the hiring and talent acquisition manager
- Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements.
- Source candidates using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest.
- Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
- Research and learn various domains and industry trends, and understand the manpower requirements.
- Work on cold calling candidates to meet the hiring requirements
- Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Conduct telephonic or video interviews of candidates sourced by the trainee
- Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.
Performance Matrix for full-time employees.
- Number of selections per month
- Number of Joinings per month
- Net Revenue generated per quarter
Requirements
Qualification Required: Graduation / Post-Graduation in any stream

Fluent English communication and reading comprehension skills
