The Sourcer will create strategic sourcing strategies to deliver qualified candidates against open positions, pipeline reqs, and Boomi initiatives such as diversity goals and targeting candidates from our competitors across the APJ region. You will be a trusted partner to the Recruiters in India and will play a big role in meeting our hiring objectives.


The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, is well-organized, has experience with a different sourcing tools, technically-savvy, and can work on multiple projects at once. They take pride in their work and provide an exceptional experience for candidates and talent partners. 


What You Will Do

  • Source candidates utilizing Boomi's TA tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Greenhouse, Gem,etc.) 

  • Act as the APJ point of contact and lead on sourcing tools; enable the TA team, partner with our reps, pull data  

  • Champion modern sourcing techniques, approaches, and channels to uplevel the team's sourcing capabilities 

  • Utilize the Greenhouse CRM to build and develop talent pipelines and pools across the APJ region

  • Gather and share talent market insights with the APJ TA team and leaders

  • Build and manage the candidate pipeline including employee referrals, personal networking, career fairs, social media, etc. 

  • Conduct first-round screens with candidates to gauge interest and sell the opportunity and organization 

  • Build and nurture relationship with passive candidates for future opportunities

  • Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable experience 

  • Maintain data integrity within our ATS, Greenhouse, and other systems 

  • Assist with employer branding opportunities, in partnership with Marketing, to attract candidates (LinkedIn articles, blog posts, social media, LinkedIn Life Pages, etc.) 


The Experience You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years experience sourcing candidates, ideally within a SaaS organization or agency supporting technical organizations 

  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Gem, etc.

  • Confident and influential communicator, able to attract and win over passive candidates 

  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with recruiters and hiring leaders to align on sourcing strategies 

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities
