This role requires to be part of the team supporting Risk applications/solutions deployed for multiple entities within the organization. You will be responsible for BAU and for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and applications. This role requires a strong background in DevOps, SQL, .NET, and Cloud Technologies. You will be working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT staff to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, implement, and maintain systems and applications using DevOps practices, SQL, .NET, and cloud technologies.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Perform regular database maintenance, including backups, indexing, and query optimization for SQL databases.
  • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for system and application deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps, SQL, .NET, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience and proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in SQL, including database administration, query writing, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with .NET framework and associated technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their services.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
