Job Description
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualisation.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritising problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Lead desktop and help desk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years experience in system administration
- Preferably have experience in the VFX + Animation industry
- Should be comfortable to work in shift
- Experience in Linux is a must (At least above user level)
