  • Provide best-in-class business partnering to NA Supply Leadership and Finance teams.

  • Coach and guide the Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) to support timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

  • Role model compliance and Diageo leadership capabilities while supporting CARM and policy adherence.

Key Outputs & Deliverables

  • Accurate, insightful monthly BPM reporting (P&L and Cash) for both current performance and outlook.

  • Data-driven performance analysis identifying value creation and cost optimization opportunities across Supply.

  • Identification and analysis of cash performance drivers, partnering with Controllers on execution.

  • Consolidation and management of monthly P&L and Cash close for NA Supply.

  • Delivery of half-year, hard close, and full-year requirements.

  • Support for transformation, improvement in execution, and finance digitalization initiatives across Supply Finance.

  • Completion and support of NA Supply compliance activities.

Experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience (CPG or Supply experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complexity.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and strong digital fluency; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing or coaching team members preferred.
