Position Title: Studio Operations Associate
Experience: 2+ Years 
Industry Preference: Media, Advertising Agencies, or Luxury Industry


Key Responsibilities:

· Studio Oversight: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring work processes are organized and meet project deadlines. Support India and Paris studio talent with all operational and admin requirements.

· Budget Management: Effectively manage and monitor the budgets allocated for the studio team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. File and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain a chart of budget vs actuals and prepare monthly reporting.

· Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and manage outsourcing requirements for specific projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Coordination across teams: Collaborate closely with internal  teams and vendors both in India, and globally to respond to their requests, and ensure smooth workflows, timely payments, and issue resolution.

· Filing and Organizing Documents: Maintain proper filing systems and ensure organized documentation of operational processes. Ensure databases of archive information are up to date and well maintained.

· Preparing Reports: Create regular reports to track progress and operational efficiency.

· Research: Conduct research on various types of specialty agencies and vendors across geographies to identify new opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Studio Operations or related roles.

· Strong understanding of the media, advertising, or luxury industry workflows.

· Excellent coordination, budgeting, and follow-up skills.

· Good knowledge of managing teams, projects, and external collaborations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Vendor and budget management expertise.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in tracking work progress and ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
