We are currently a best-in-class solution and a market leader in Czechia with a product offering that includes, POS, Menu and Table management, Inventory management, User management & Access controls, and Delivery integrations! On a regular day as a Software Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and across the organization to achieve the team’s goals.

  • Continuously work to improve while being empathetic and considerate with others.

  • Act as a full life cycle Software Engineer, meaning be able to do code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and release.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience (TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js)

  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including error handling, and caching

  • Experience with NoSQL and relational databases (MongoDB, MariaDB)

  • Basic cloud/infrastructure experience (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Heroku)

  • Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests, habit of testing own work without being asked

  • Familiarity with observability, logging, metrics and debugging tools

  • Confident with Git workflows, branching, CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions)

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)

  • Ability to work independently on medium-sized features from ticket to release

  • Team player, strong communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluent written and spoken English as this is the primary language of our international team

  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotations

  • Willingness to learn unfamiliar parts of application to improve it and enhance own skills

  • Working from office at least 3 days a week

Perks:

  • 26 days of Annual leave, home office, sick days

  • Benefit Plus Cafeteria

  • Fresh fruits in the office and specialty coffee every day

  • Friendly, comfortable, and informal office environment

  • Flexible working hours if it suits you and your team

  • Glean AI for company-wide knowledge search, with frontier LLMs
