What will you do? 🤔

1. Drive UX Excellence: Lead the implementation of intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces that delight users.

2. Enhance Performance: Optimise primarily frontend along with backend applications for enterprise-scale performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

3. Mentor Engineers: Foster a culture of frontend and backend engineering excellence by guiding and mentoring team members.

4. Design and Build: Develop scalable frontend architectures tailored for complex enterprise environments.

5. Innovate: Drive the adoption of modern frontend practices, frameworks, and technologies.

6. Collaborate: Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver cohesive and exceptional user experiences.

Core Expertise:

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React combined with solid backend experience in Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

2. Proven ability to build pixel-perfect, user-centric frontend applications that meet enterprise standards.

3. Deep knowledge of state management patterns, modern build tools, and frontend performance optimization.

4. Expertise in debugging and solving complex challenges in large-scale applications.
