Drive the end-to-end product journey from discovery to execution and iteration, engaging with customers and leveraging AI coding tools.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager who thrives in 0→1 B2B environments. This is a role for someone who has already walked the path of creating products from scratch — shaping them from ambiguous ideas into working solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.
Why Loop?
We are a young well-funded start-up working towards a new category creation in the US restaurant tech industry. We have a strong product market fit for some of the product lines, generating $5Mn+ ARR. This is just a start as we continue to build more product lines and see massive value creation opportunities in an industry hungry for innovation. With a flat hierarchy and a lean, high-impact team, this is your opportunity to help shape and steer the rocketship in the right direction. You’ll work closely with the founders and a group of ambitious peers who set a high bar for themselves and for each new hire. We take pride in empowering every team member to make decisions and take ownership—without the weight of bureaucracy. We also care deeply about individual sustainable growth — balancing ambition with focus, and encouraging experimentation without fear of failure. At Loop, you’ll have the chance to make an outsized impact while continuing to grow as a product leader.
What you’ll do?
- Drive the 0→1 journey end-to-end: from discovery and defining the problem space, to shaping the roadmap, executing, and iterating based on results.
- Engage directly with customers (primarily non-technical US users) to uncover pain points, validate opportunities, and translate insights into product direction.
- Define and own success metrics, ensuring every feature drives measurable customer and business value.
- Run lean experiments to validate new bets — including independent 0–1 trials leveraging AI coding tools.
- Translate product strategy into clear, structured requirements that enable engineering and design to build high-quality features efficiently.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing only on what creates real customer value and willingness to pay.
- Build deep domain knowledge around marketplace constructs, enabling configurations that mirror real-world dynamics. You would work on uncharted problems at the intersection of marketplaces, marketing, and AI-driven workflows — areas where no playbook exists.
- Evolve workflows into AI-driven, agentic experiences that improve usability, reduce onboarding friction, and unlock scalability.
Who you are?
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Uber)
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product strategy
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and drive results with limited resources
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Next Steps If you're excited to build innovative solutions in the AI/Commerce space, we'd love to hear from you.
