Defines integration architecture, facilitates client workshops, manages defect resolution and validation, collaborates with vendors, supports release management, and mentors consultants.
Agilysis is looking for a Senior Workday consultant responsible for leading integration design, development, and delivery across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Leads the design, development, and optimization of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware. Acts as an integration SME, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure data exchanges across enterprise systems while driving client engagement and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Define integration architecture and data exchange strategies
- Lead integration design discussions and requirement workshops
- Develop advanced data transformation logic (XSLT, XML processing)
- Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and integration validation
- Troubleshoot critical integration issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and middleware systems
- Mentor L2 consultants and review integration deliverables
- Support release management and performance optimization
- 4 - 7 years of experience in Workday Integrations
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, APIs, and integration design patterns
- Experience in solution design and client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Workday Integration certification
- Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience:
