Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, modular, and reusable UiPath Test Automation Frameworks (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid).
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows.
- Develop end-to-end automated test scripts for web, desktop, API, and workflow-based applications using UiPath Test Suite.
- Establish best practices for test automation architecture, coding standards, reusable components, libraries, and utilities.
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator for test execution, scheduling, resource management, test sets, and test queues.
- Integrate test automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab.
- Set up continuous testing pipelines, test triggers, execution dashboards, and automated reporting.
- Develop stable and reliable UI automation using selectors, anchors, image automation, object repository, and automation best practices.
- Implement robust exception handling, recovery logic, and intelligent wait strategies.
- Use UiPath Test Manager for test case management, requirement mapping, defect tracking, and coverage reporting.
- Work closely with QA teams to align automated tests with manual test scenarios and business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and guide teams on UiPath Test Suite usage, best practices, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business SMEs, and development teams for end-to-end automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation, with 3+ years in UiPath Test Suite.
- Strong experience in: UiPath Studio / Studio Pro, UiPath Test Manager, UiPath Orchestrator, Test Cases, Data-Driven Tests, RPA Testing & Application Testing
- Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD setup (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
- Strong understanding of selectors, UI automation challenges, libraries, and reusable components.
- Experience with API testing using UiPath.
- Proficiency in VB.NET/C#, JSON, REST APIs, SQL, and XML.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology, QA processes, and SDLC.
