- The Salesforce Documentation Specialist / Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining Salesforce-related documentation to ensure it accurately reflects current platform capabilities, features, and functionality. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on Salesforce experience, and the ability to work independently while organizing complex information into clear, consistent, and user-friendly documentation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Review existing Salesforce documentation to assess accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current business processes and system functionality.
- Update documentation using established templates, standards, and formatting guidelines.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate content, and confirm current capabilities.
- Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation that supports business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information within existing documentation and recommend improvements.
- Organize and maintain documentation within Confluence or similar knowledge management tools.
- Work independently to manage assigned documentation tasks, track progress, and meet agreed timelines.
