Where you come in:

  • You will work closely with hiring managers to outline the specific requirements of job openings, ensuring every requisition is accurately detailed.
  • You will figure out most effective recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions, bringing to bear both traditional and innovative platforms.
  • You will promote Dexcom's image to candidates and external service providers, communicating our company as the employer of choice.
  • You will surface candidates and develop strong networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
  • You will prescreen resumes and make use of electronic candidate evaluation tools to assess potential hires.
  • You will detail the candidate evaluation and interview process meticulously, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • You may conduct employment background checks to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
  • You may provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies and sources, ensuring we partner with the best in the industry.

What makes you successful:

  • You are a proven recruiter with a track record of efficiently implementing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Your possess recruiting experience in Engineering, IT or Technical field
  • You bring strong networking abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships that support a strong talent pipeline.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to promote Dexcom effectively to external audiences.
  • You are diligent and can detail the recruitment process perfectly, guaranteeing adherence and consistency.
  • You are capable of working independently and collaboratively, closely adhering to deadlines and project goals.
  • Your ability to provide constructive feedback to recruiting agencies and sources helps maintain high standards in our talent acquisition process.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience in the recruitment field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
