Position Summary:
3-5 yrs experience in Software Development in Mainframe Technology. Associate to have experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS. Should have worked in all phases of application development from requirement analysis to Deployment. Experience in production support will be an added advantage. Should have good written and verbal communication skills - will be required to interact with business team and other interfacing application teams for the work assigned.

General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues.
