Manage integrations and customizations on Anchanto e-commerce SaaS products for medium to large customers

The role:
Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager is a key role in Anchanto that is expected to drive successful deliveries for our global customers, managing Project and Product deliveries as per the PMO processes. Managing the projects from kick-off to Go-live. Weekly reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders. Single point of contact for customers.
The role requires:
- Taking full ownership of deliverables for specific customer deliverables / programs
- Actively working with diverse set of customers in multiple geographies
- Co-ordinating and influencing internal stakeholders
- Reporting on frequent basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and co-ordinate complex programs for global customers
- Actively engage, build relationships and negotiate with customers on regular basis
- Track and co-ordinate project deliverables with multiple internal stakeholders
- Manage expectations across the board for successful and quality deliveries
- Report progress on regular basis
- E2E delivery ownership of projects/program/ initiatives in distributed setup
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication and project/program management skills in global setup
- Program management with more than 10 years of experience, Ideally in the range of 13-15
- Global customer engagement experience
- Handled complex projects, Ideally SaaS based. Logistics/ecommerce domain experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work in multiple stakeholder scenario through influence
- Past experience in engaging with global customers in wide variety of scenarios
