Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Product Designer with a passion for driving business success through exceptional design skills. In this role, you will lead product design projects, conduct UX research, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance our customer app.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Design Projects: Oversee product design projects focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct UX Research: Perform UX research to stay aligned with user preferences and derive actionable insights for the business.
- Guide UX Designers: Mentor and guide UX designers on best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovative thinking.
- Monitor & Adapt: Track and analyze the impact of design decisions on user behavior, and adapt strategies to maximize business outcomes.
- Manage Design System: Collaborate with Visual Designers, UI Designers, and the Tech team to maintain and evolve the Design System.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product companies designing digital products.
- A portfolio that demonstrates the impact of your designs on business and consumer experiences.
- Extensive experience in delivering product features on Android and iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of how design impacts business metrics.
- Proficiency in Figma.
