Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Take ownership of the processes, customizations and enhancements in the Pricing Ops CPQ areas
- Participate, influence and drive cross-functional projects that impact the Pricing Ops CPQ processes.
- Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases related to the Pricing Ops areas of CPQ.
- Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiencies across CPQ pricing administration.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to implement effective and resilient solutions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ Years of operational and/or process experience in a technology firm
- 3+ Years of in-depth understanding of CPQ operations and its end to end connection from process, data and solution perspective.
- Effective influencing and communication skills and highly effective in securing cross-functional buy-in from senior executives and leaders across the business
- Experience with SAP CPQ (Callidus) is a plus.
