The Head Of Integrated Marketing Operations for Asia Pacific and Japan region will be accountable for driving marketing excellence across the region through a blend of strategic marketing leadership and disciplined operational execution. This leader shapes customer-centric value propositions, drives regional GTM alignment, and builds the operational backbone required for scalable campaigns, field enablement, analytics, and event execution. The role partners closely with commercial leaders, divisional marketing, global marketing operations, and external stakeholders to ensure Thermo Fisher delivers consistent, high-impact marketing that fuels growth across APJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead APJ market intelligence, VOCs, and competitive insight efforts to identify priority segments, customer needs, and growth opportunities, translating insights into clear GTM and investment recommendations.

  • Build, refine, and consistently apply customer value propositions, workflow positioning, and integrated campaign narratives aligned to divisional and regional priorities.

  • Develop and embed regional NPI commercialization frameworks, including launch playbooks, readiness tools, and cross-GEO best practices to enable consistent execution.

  • Establish and scale regional marketing execution standards, providing oversight and guidance for conferences, roadshows, customer events, and integrated marketing activations.

  • Own the regional webinar and digital engagement strategy, covering planning, content alignment, performance tracking, vendor management, and ongoing optimization.

  • Lead sales enablement and commercial readiness initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped with effective tools, training, and workflow assets across divisions and GEOs.

  • Lead the APJ marketing analytics and performance reporting agenda, delivering dashboards and insights that support transparency, prioritization, and data-driven decisions across campaigns, pipeline, and ROI.

  • Drive cross-divisional and cross-regional execution in close partnership with global marketing, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery at scale.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–14 years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing operations, integrated marketing, GTM planning within a matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated experience leading regional marketing programs, events, campaigns, and/or commercialization readiness.

  • Strong understanding of B2B workflows, customer segmentation, NPI commercialization, and analytics.

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.

  • Experience with marketing and sales force systems is highly preferred.
