As a third party access management analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the access rights and permissions of users are aligned with the business needs. You will work closely with the front office teams and third party system providers to manage the access lifecycle, monitor the access activities, and resolve any access issues or incidents. You will also provide support and guidance to the business users on the best practices and procedures.

Key responsibilities for this role:
• Manage the access requests, approvals, provisioning, de-provisioning, and reviews of the third party systems, such as Blackrock Aladdin and other front office systems.
• Ensure that the access rights and permissions are granted in accordance with the business requirements, the security policies, and the regulatory standards.
• Monitor and audit the access activities and logs of the third party systems, and report any anomalies, violations, or incidents to the relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the third party system providers, the IT security team, and the business users to troubleshoot and resolve any access issues or incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to the business users on the access management processes, policies, and best practices for the third party systems.
• Maintain and update the access management documentation, records, and reports for the third party systems.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the access management efficiency, effectiveness, and security for the third party systems.
