The Role

Sr. Integration/Adaptive Consultant

Qualifications:
• Overall 4 to 6 years of experience with Workday and at least 2+ years of experience for Adaptive Planning in implementations or Post Production support.
• Expertise in Adaptive Planning functional configuration (e.g., Reporting, Modeling, OfficeConnect, Security).
• Prior experience with Workday Adaptive integration configuration including integration with Workday HCM, Finance, Skill management, Business Unit specific integration system is a must.
• Hands on knowledge with Adaptive APIs, Authentication and scripts required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills to understand the requirement remotely.
• Proven ability to prioritize deliverables and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Good working knowledge of Core HCM and Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with Integrations and building Studio integrations is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, including advanced features such as reporting, third-party vendor integrations, strategic workforce modeling, and security settings.
• Oversee the testing phase, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations. Document processes and solutions thoroughly, and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams for continued success post-implementation.
• Continuously assess current deployments and propose new approaches to enhance Adaptive Planning functionalities and optimize performance for clients.
• Share expertise and best practices with team members, providing mentorship and guidance for providing effective Adaptive planning solutions.
