The role involves managing loan servicing, disbursement, vendor management, testing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance while addressing customer queries and managing outsourced staff.
- Handling loan disbursement, Queue management and measurement of TAT.
- Manage life cycle of loan servicing processing which includes Collection, Pre-Closure Process, Loan Cancellation and other related activities which includes tracking of Service Requests.
- Incumbent should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth.
- Exception monitoring on pending files receipt and PDD.
- Target on high % achievement on NACH, Manage EMI cycle, Resolve customer related query complaints, review for non recurrence.
- Vendor Management.
- Audit and compliance controls.
- Cross functioning on Volume days and effectiveness.
- The incumbent should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff.
- Managing & closure of Service requests with in TAT.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
