Job Description
As our Environmental Graphics and Branding Expert, you will lead the practice, collaborate with our team of architects, urban designers and planners on local and international projects of various scales. You will work with senior leadership to grow the Environmental Graphics & Branding practice as a leader, and mentor to junior team members, develop and implement solutions for a diverse range of projects varying from environmental graphics, wayfinding design, communication and storytelling to branding at various scales for public and private sector clients. This role blends creative leadership with strategic business development, offering you the chance to influence both design and commercial success.
As part of the Placemaking practice, you will be immersed in a fast-paced dynamic environment creating contemporary, inclusive, responsive and sustainable, public and private spaces. You will guide your team to deliver projects all phases from the inception, detailing, consultation and construction / installation. You will surely thrive at Arcadis with a wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and balancing innovation and design excellence with innovative outcomes for our clients and their communities.
On a day-to-day basis*, you will
• Develop and assist in the delivery of design, curate strategies/guidelines for projects and innovative identity/branding that supports client goals in collaboration with vendors, marketing teams and other stakeholders
• Participate and lead regular project and client meetings, delivering insights and counsel that advance objectives. Independently manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams and assist with project completion from initial proposal compilation to detailed design and report delivery
• Prepare and present high-quality graphic presentations, detailed design schemes and reports
• Identify emerging issues to inform decision-making and Propose new approaches to meet challenges
• Foster and manage external relationships with relevant departments, stakeholders, and identifying and fostering new relationships to bring in new clients.
• Develop design concept and way finding/signage, branding strategies and coordinate logistics with internal and external teams
• Source, coordinate, monitor with site, clients and agencies to ensure high quality installations.
• Contribute to new business initiatives in conjunction with leadership
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills and ensure that a high level of professionalism and design excellence are upheld within each project and champion firm’s goals and values, fostering culture and team dynamics.

Our ideal candidates possess a Bachelors/Masters in Architecture/Product Design/Graphic design/Marketing and communications/Visual communications and holds a minimum of 12+ years of design and management experience in the relevant industry. • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Corel, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Knowledge of Autocad & 3D softwares will be a plus.
