We are seeking a Senior E-Learning QA Lead with strong hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline and Rise to lead quality assurance for interactive eLearning modules. The role requires deep QA expertise, leadership capability, and extensive use of JIRA for defect tracking and QA management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end QA for Articulate Storyline & Rise eLearning courses
- Define and maintain QA standards, checklists, and processes
- Perform advanced testing of interactions, variables, triggers, quizzes, and branching
- Validate SCORM packaging, LMS tracking, completion rules, and reporting
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile testing
- Log, track, prioritize, and report defects using JIRA
- Manage regression testing and release sign-offs
- Review and mentor junior QA team members
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders
- 6+ years of QA experience, with strong focus on Articulate eLearning modules
- Hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360
- Proven experience leading QA efforts or teams
- Strong working experience with JIRA for defect tracking and QA workflows
- Experience testing SCORM packages in LMS environments
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
