Job responsibilities
- Be responsible for our micro-services and micro-frontends deployment.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting on symptoms and not on outages.
- Respond to our product availability incidents and provide support for support engineers with customer incidents.
- Run our products and infrastructure with TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Octopus, Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Helm, Docker and Kubernetes on premises and in AWS.
- Document every action so your findings turn into repeatable actions–and then into automation.
- Improve the deployment process to make it as boring as possible.
- Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack.
- Plan the growth of our infrastructure.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Operations - SRE, DevOps
- Strong analytical skills to enable effective troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with bash
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects from inception to production release without handholding
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Shift Timings: UK shift - 1 PM _ 10 PM IST
The candidate should be able to work independently or in a cross-functional team in multitasking and dynamic environment. A good understanding of financial industry or services is a plus.
