Job Description

A senior cloud technical workstream lead will be working on the projects with offshore and onsite stakeholders which will involve Oracle Fusion implementations, Roll-out, Upgrades, Custom modifications, and hypercare support. Senior technical leads interacts with stakeholders to understand their business processes and map them to the Oracle Fusion module Products suite. A senior technical identifies the gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps. Team Lead is responsible for successful implementation of the solution. Effective leadership, strong business acumen from technical perspective is expected from this role.

Responsibilities

  • Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud and EBS Applications

  • Overall all 10+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 5+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

  • Ability to architect, document, and manage changes to the Oracle environment in a compliant fashion, ensuring sustainability over progressive iterations.

  • Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, IT processes, and suggest improvements.

  • Create business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.

  • Develop and maintain an Oracle global architecture diagram

  • Should have good technical knowledge within the ERP Data Domain including Procure to Pay and/or Order to Cash life cycle which includes modules such as (Inventory, Procurement, Costing, Order Management, GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management and Projects modules.

  • Should have 10+ plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership for team lead kind of role.

  • Responsible for development review and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.

  • Responsible for deploying approved developments within the respective Oracle environments.

  • Should be able to lead a track conversion track and/or integration track.

  • Responsible for managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.

  • Responsible for development review and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.

  • Suitable functional foundation, verifiable ability to provide solutions based on functional specifications.

  • Experienced in business user interaction for requirement capturing, CRP Sessions, Task/Item completion, Phase Exit presentations, sign offs.

  • Working knowledge of Agile best practices

  • Experienced in onsite/offshore project team models, AMS Production Support projects.

  • Proven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third party providers such as banks, exchange rate platforms and CRM etc.

  • Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times

Essential Skills

Should have Hands on Experience on:

  • Strong in SQL/PLSQL, backend tables ; cloud FBDI based conversions, OIC integrations.

  • BI Publisher (RTF design/ eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/ Bursting/ backup and migration of reports to different pods)

  • Additional Reporting Tools: OTBI / Analysis Dashboard / ESS Base Financial reporting studio (FRS) and Smartview reports

  • Oracle Integration cloud – Middleware

  • For Integration specialists - Applicants should have approx. 4-5 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ideally with integration to/from Oracle Cloud Applications.

  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle or non - Oracle Cloud Integration strategies and implementation.

  • Desired skills include OIC integrations with Oracle SaaS Applications like CPQ, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, ERP Cloud etc.

  • Experience in Oracle Integration related technologies like OICS VBCS PCS Java Javascript etc.

  • Ability to leverage pre built integrations cloud adapters connections Oracle SaaS applications etc. in the solution.

  • Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services

  • Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer

  • AP Check printing, Positive pay templates, PO Printing, AP Printing, automated AR Invoice

  • Lockbox Processing / Bank Statement integration.

  • Hands on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.

  • Must be willing to work till 12:00 am IST (to have overlap with Client IT Team)

  • Must have efficient and effective communication skills.
