Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will work in the People & Culture (HR) domain within the greater BSA organization. This individual should be experienced with HRIS and integration technology (preferably SAP SuccessFactors and Boomi) and have strong communication and documentation fundamentals. This role requires someone who can challenge stakeholders, and comfortable asking questions even if they may seem inconsequential. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with an inherent drive for process and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business processes, both as-is and to-be
• Gather business requirements - focusing on integrations - diligently documenting them using templatized artifacts
• Partner with Product Owners to manage a backlog of work
• Work amongst peers to create and adhere to BSA standards to create a Center of Excellence (consistent way of working, templatized documentation, etc.)
• Consult and challenge business stakeholders on the best path forward, always bringing it back to core requirements, and knowledge on changes and updates to the GTM domain that may impact requested work
• Communicate relentlessly - document decisions and risks and ensure full visibility to Product Owners and impacted stakeholders
What will help you succeed
• At least 2+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst
• SAP Success Factors experience
• Boomi or other iPaaS experience
• Proficiency with business systems analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation
• Proficient Agile scrum methodology
• Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Familiarity with vendor assessment and integrations
• Organized, with attention to detail emphasizing process, completeness and accuracy
• Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to concisely summarize takeaways, escalations, and next steps to a diverse group of peers
