Business Development Representative – Adobe Digital Experience
 

As a Business Development Representative you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers. Your work will directly contribute to our growth strategy, as you partner with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to build a healthy, qualified pipeline and guide prospects through their journey with Adobe.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities.
  • Actively partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage high-value prospects, particularly CXOs and senior leaders.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the digital experience landscape, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior decision-makers, helping them understand how Adobe DX solutions can elevate their digital transformation journey and meet their business goals.
  • Gather insights from prospects, market trends, and customer feedback to provide input to both sales and marketing teams, refining strategies, messaging, and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on customer outreach programs.

What Are We Looking For

  • 3+ years in business development or sales development, ideally in the SaaS or technology space.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a strategic pipeline with a focus on consultative sales.
  • Strong understanding of how to move prospects through the sales cycle—from initial interest to qualified leads.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and explain the strategic value of Adobe DX solutions.
  • A results-driven approach to managing your pipeline and collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Dynamics, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, team-lead environment.
