Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 concurrent market research data processing projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform data validation and processing activities using SPSS.
- Prepare and execute complex project setups accurately and efficiently.
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Ensure all studies are delivered using a First Time Right (FTR) approach.
- Develop and execute data validation scripts using various input data sources.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.
- Handle SPSS-based activities including coding, weighting, merging, stacking, and formatting.
- Work closely with clients to resolve project-related concerns.
- Support ongoing improvements in execution quality and productivity.
Other Responsibilities
- Execute projects as per established plans and timelines.
- Participate in training programs and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper reconciliation and maintenance of programmatic platform updates.
