Conceptualise and execute DreamSetGo’s proprietary sports IPs. Identify scalable opportunities, build monetization models, and integrate global best practices.
Drive growth through alliances with brands, talent, and sports bodies. Develop and pitch immersive experiences that enhance DSG’s offerings and revenue.
Manage end-to-end delivery of sports events and experiences : from planning to on-ground execution. Oversee vendors, logistics, talent, and merchandise with strong cost and quality control.
Own event budgets, optimize spends, and ensure financial compliance. Negotiate contracts and maintain strict cost governance.
Serve as the key contact for clients and partners. Ensure timely communication, flawless coordination, and superior servicing.
Ensure smooth vendor onboarding, documentation, invoicing, and payment processes. Maintain adherence to company policies and audit norms.
Lead and mentor the events team to deliver excellence. Foster accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
Maintain event trackers, measure ROI, and drive insights for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of trends and introduce new experiential formats to strengthen DSG’s IP and fan engagement portfolio.
Qualifiers
- Minimum 10 years of on-ground event management experience in sports, entertainment, or experiential marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale events in fast-paced environments.
- High ownership mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Deep understanding of start-up culture and agility to adapt.
- Relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and fluent in English
