The primary role of Supply Chain function is to be responsible for all operational activities including key deliverables such as planning and analyzing resources and ensuring items are packaged according to specifications. Coordinating import and export. Performing distribution center/warehousing processing and distribution of orders. Developing & maintaining master schedule, pertaining to transport and cost effectiveness. Maintaining inventory levels. Identifying delivery problems, solutions, and improvement of transportation service levels.

Supply Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.

Supply Review Process (SRM): Lead and manage supply review meetings to proactively identify supply constraints and implement mitigation strategies.

Inventory & Capacity Management: Monitor inventory levels, escalate potential shortages, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize stock levels and resource allocation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Planning, NPI Project Teams, and Global Supply Assurance (GSA) to ensure production plans are executed efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain responsiveness.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to align expectations regarding schedule attainment and inventory management.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or inventory management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Supply Chain Analytics: Ability to leverage data visualization and statistical tools to optimize planning decisions.

Project Management Expertise: Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Global Supply Chain Exposure: Experience working with international suppliers, logistics providers, and multi-site operations.
