Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI implementations across greenfield and brownfield projects. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration support, integration with SAP modules, stakeholder workshops, documentation, go-live support, hypercare, issue resolution, and project risk reporting.
Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a motivated SAP S/4HANA FI Specialist to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery department. The role involves driving full‑cycle finance module implementations, supporting both greenfield and brownfield projects, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules while delivering high‑quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation activities, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go‑live support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CO, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure integrated solution delivery.
- Provide functional expertise during data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders and end users.
- Prepare and review functional documentation, such as BRDs, FRS, and configuration guides.
- Support post‑go‑live hypercare, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project status reporting and risk mitigation for finance deliverables.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FI best practices and emerging technologies.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI functional consulting.
- Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield finance implementations.
- End‑to‑end implementation exposure, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.
- Strong knowledge of core FI sub‑modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Asset Accounting).
- Understanding of integration points with CO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team.
- Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
