· Minimum 7 - 13 years of relevant experience with 1-2 year of e-Governance domain
· Should have good understanding of IT and e-governance project development/ implementation process & detailed technical knowledge
· Experience in preparation and review of FRS document, SRS document and UAT etc.
· Experience in conceptualization/ design/ implementation/ integrations of large-scale projects in the above domains areas
· Should have an eye for attention to detail to identify risk and dependencies prior and suggest resolution/possible case scenario.
· Experience in preparation of DPR, Bid Management, Vendor Management and Project Management is must
· Coordination and Communication with gazette officers like IAS, IPS and MD’s etc.
- Prior consulting experience shall be an advantage
