Sourcing Specialist II

What's the role?
SUMMARY OF JOB
This position will manage data, requisitions and contracts in coupa (erp/finance/purchasing system) to ensure validity andaccuracy of information entered. Sourcing ops own the approval flow in coupa and ensure that all the necessary steps arecompleted before the contract is signed and the po is dispatched.
Directly support and interact with sourcing, legal, finance, accounts payable and internal customers globally. In addition, theperson will support special projects as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract creation, purchase requests and supplier set up requests validation and management through an electronicSource-to-Pay system.
• Manages supplier setup process.
• Check compliance against Sourcing policy and SOP.
• Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaindocumentation and information trail as per audit requirements.
• Manages help desk tickets, resolve within SLA with a customer-oriented approach. Creates a seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate instructions, Job Aids,manuals identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process.
• May contribute to or lead Special Projects.

Who are you?

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in a purchasing, business operations and/or related experience to be proficient in role.
• Experience and proficiency working with ERP systems. Experience with Coupa would be appreciated.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to continually re-prioritize.
• Strong customer service orientation combined with the highest quality assurance standards.
• Proficient with MS Applications (Ms Outlook, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint). Experience with ServiceNow as a Help Deskfunction would be helpful.
