As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team team , you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
• Leads data analysis, creates and maintains requirement documentation and helps with testing (exploratory manual testing and automated acceptance testing)
• Works closely with product owners and application developers to develop end user applications and data feeds within the Cash & Payment Services Architecture.
• Adheres to Lean & Agile delivery methodologies
• Develops in a continuous integration environment leveraging tools and processes to ultimately increase the control, quality and business value of the development team products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making with ability to write SQL to analyze data
• Experience in Data Modelling , Data Governance with knowledge in Data Architecture
• Good Experience using tools like JIRA , confluence
• Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantage, including frameworks such as Cucumber, Gherkin
• Cash Management and Payments knowledge
• Technical background and an experience in the financial industry
• Exposure to UX / UI Design Tools would be desirable
