The Solution Architect will define the architecture for Power Platform solutions, govern implementation, mentor development teams, and drive digital transformation efforts.
As a Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, you will design and deliver innovative business solutions by leveraging tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define end-to-end solution architecture, enforce governance policies, and mentor development teams. Your expertise will drive digital transformation, enhance user experience, and optimize automation within the organization.
Responsibilities- Define and manage the end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations.
- Design and govern Power Platform infrastructure, including environment setup and licensing.
- Establish and enhance governance policies and best practices for Power Platform usage.
- Create and validate technical documentation, solution blueprints, and guides.
- Lead and mentor development teams on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Review and validate functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing architectural fixes and performance tuning.
- Drive roadmap planning for the Power Platform, coordinating with Microsoft’s product updates.
Must-Have:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT solution design and development, including at least 4+ years in Power Platform/low-code architecture roles
- Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Strong hands-on experience in architecture of scalable solutions with a focus on performance and security
- Extensive experience with PowerShell, C#, or other programming languages for solution development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 agents
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 applications like MS Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in deploying large-scale technical solutions
- Passion for user experience, AI, and collaboration tools
