Explores Agentic AI to improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Role Summary
The Solution Architect will lead the architecture transformation journey, driving adoption of cloud-native patterns, API-first design, and event-driven systems. The role also involves supporting live system operations, including CR delivery, issue resolution, and ensuring backward compatibility.
A key expectation is to build a platform that supports continuous evolution with minimal disruption, while also enabling innovation through Agentic AI approaches to enhance automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive platform modernization and cloud native adoption(microservices, Kubernetes, cloud-native systems)
- Innovation using Agentic AI for intelligent automation and system modernization
- Support maintenance and CR implementation with robust design and minimal production impact
- Govern API and integration strategy, transitioning toward REST and event-driven models
- Ensure strong focus on non-functional requirements, including:
- Zero-downtime deployments
- 99.99% high availability
- High scalability and performance under peak loads
- Provide technical leadership and governance, including design reviews and mentoring
- Reduction in production incidents
Required Skills
- 10+ years in software engineering/architecture
- Experience in Airline/PSS domain experience, IATA standards (NDC, ONE Order)
- Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud (AWS preferred)
- Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Java ecosystem and modern API design (REST/event-driven)
- Experience in legacy modernization and high-availability system design
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and FinOps
- Experience in AI-driven or Agentic AI solutions (considered a strong plus)
