Job Summary
We are looking for
a detail-oriented and skilled Software Test Automation Engineer with 3 years of
experience in Python-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test
solutions to ensure high software quality.

Responsibilities
Automation Testing
* Design, develop,
and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
* Create and execute automated test scripts.
* Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
Test Design &
Execution
* Analyse
functional and technical requirements to create test designs and test cases.
* Perform manual testing (functional, regression, sanity, smoke) when required.
* Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects using tools like
JIRA.
Collaboration &
Agile Practices
* Participate in
Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
* Provide timely status updates and test reports
Quality Assurance

* Implement and
follow QA processes, standards, and methodologies
* Ensure high quality, performance, and reliability of applications
* Perform root cause analysis for defects and recommend improvements
