Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide testing insights.
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to team discussions and providing input on testing progress.
- Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on testing outcomes to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficient in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
