About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in web and mobile application testing, hands-on expertise in automation and regression testing, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using JIRA.
You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, performance, and reliability across all releases.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Execute automation testing frameworks and maintain test suites
- Test web applications (responsive) and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure release readiness and production quality
- 5+ years of experience in QA for web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar)
- Experience with regression and performance testing
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong experience using JIRA for defect tracking and sprint management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter or similar)
- Exposure to cloud environments
- ISTQB Certification (a plus)
