Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Conversational Flows using Genesys Cloud Architect, Amazon Lex, and Google Dialogflow.
- Integrate IVAs with backend systems via RESTful APIs to enable dynamic and personalized responses.
- Implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and speech recognition features to improve BOT accuracy and user experience.
- Collaborate with Contact Center Operations to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and Optimize BOT performance, including latency, error rates, and user satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all BOT interactions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
