Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO
Impact & contribution: Will focus majorly on ServiceNow development like customisation and automation which will help business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications via APIs.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable code in JavaScript and Java.
• Design user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Participate in Agile development processes and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Essential Skills:
• Total 4+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience in programming languages (JavaScript, Java) preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (AngularJS, React) is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs is beneficial.
• Interest in ITIL principles and the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
