The qualified candidate will:
• Design the software components with guidance from senior team members/technical architect.
• Conduct all applicable tests for multiple projects, coordinating across multiple areas.
• Provide timely updates on progress of ongoing work.
• Provide second line support as and when required by Customer Care team.
• Assist the Documentation team in creating user documentation.
