Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data warehouses on AWS/Snowflake to power multi-channel marketing reporting and self-service analytics. Develop dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik), ensure data quality, manage latency/completeness, and support ad-hoc exports and reporting rationalization.

Communication Analytics to provide end-to-end insight for all multi-channel communications sent via Martech owned products. The BI capability include:
- Operational reporting/visualization across channels and BUs
- Rationalize and port relevant reporting capability
- Legacy Marketing communications App – Insights & reporting dashboards
- Out of the box reporting capability
- Ad hoc/Self Service capability
- Export functionality of reporting data for further analysis by individual teams
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical
- Experience in Reporting tool like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik
- Hands-on experience in Database development, data analysis, building data pipelines, data wrangling and transformation using AWS Cloud technologies
- Proficiency in building ETL pipelines, designing data warehouses or data marts
- Highly proficient in cloud bases DBs such as Snowflake, AWS Aurora (Postgres)
- Ability to write complex SQL logics.
- Experience in managing varied data volume, completeness, latency, and data quality
Good to have technical skills:
- Experience with DevOps or CI/CD Pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy, Stash etc.
- Knowledge of Streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis and other AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS or equivalent publisher/subscriber services.
Behavioral
- You will need to demonstrate the ability to recognize urgency of issues and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
- You will need to be able to break down problems to plan and determine workable solutions
- Desire and ability to learn and implement new technologies

The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Certifications – Any certification in snowflake, AWS
Location : Chennai
