Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions (UI, workflows, scripting) using JavaScript, Angular and Python. Integrate via REST APIs and leverage AWS/Azure services. Collaborate with India and onsite partner teams, provide technical support, and maintain strong communication and customer empathy.

Technical / Behavioural Must have skills-
Experience in Xanadu version onwards is preferred
Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, Python, REST and Scripting in ServiceNow
Knowledge of AWS and Azure services
UI customization and workflow development in ServiceNow
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Soft Skills for customer empathy.
Technical aptitude and ability to continually evolve systems support skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships with India and onsite partner teams.
