Job Description

Role: Instructional Design

Experience: 1-3years

Location: Mumbai

Skills:

  • Instructional Designing/Storyboarding
  • Instructional design and training theories
  • Microsoft 365 software (Word, PowerPoint etc.).

Role Summary:

  • 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role.
  • Assist in creating and designing online courses, including multimedia elements, assessments, and interactive activities.
  • Ensure all instructional materials are of high quality, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Develop strategies to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design creative, interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, software simulations, assessments, and reference materials.
  • Create engaging learning designs in partnership with colleagues, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Continuously improve instructional design skills through training and workshops.
  • Performing a review of the Digital Learning modules and Training materials, identifying issues, providing effective feedback, and ensuring these issues are addressed promptly.
  • Ensuring that the Digital Learning Designers adhere to the digital learning standards that are specified within the project’s terms of reference (e.g., writing guide)
  • Be responsible for documenting stringent version control across all learning assets that you create.
  • Knowledge of Graphics and Video development will be an added advantage.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, for example, software companies.
