Candidate should have 3-5 years of test automation or development experience.
SDETs RESPONSBILITIES:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Developing automated test cases
- Educate team members on test automation and drive adoption.
- Performing source code reviews
- Creating optimised testing strategies
- Troubleshooting bugs and other issues
- Collaborating with stakeholders: collaborate with various stakeholders, such as product management, application development, and DevOps.
- Contributing to the overall quality assurance strategy
- Drive the practice of CI/CD in engineering teams
Tools should be aware :
- Expert in UI testing on multiple platforms and browsers using playwright, Cypress, Selenium with -Java script, Java or Python
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience of API Automation using RestAssured / PostMan
- Mobile UI Automation with Maestro or Appium
- Experience in performance testing will be an added advantage
